The CURE for Neurotic Tendencies…

Accept your nature as it is right now. No matter what the faults are, accept your nature as it is right now. It’s very important that you feel that you are not inferior to other human beings. It’s very important that you not feel as though you have so many defects, things wrong with you. It is only through feeling that you are same or not feeling that your lesser than, that the grosser aspects or the neurosis of the mind will fall away.
If you have an animal this will be easy to understand, if not then try to image or think of those animals that you have seen. All animals live according to their own way of being or their own nature, you see. They all have a specific role in life just as we all do. And they live according to their role. Which means, they therefore live a very harmonious life, for them. Do you understand? We need to also live the harmonious life. We need to tune into our very nature. This is what helps us progress on the spiritual path. This is what helps us in the process of unfoldment. This so called self acceptance is rare for 99.9% of human beings, because most human beings cannot, they refuse, you refuse to accept your faults, your short comings, so to speak. We are never tall enough, we are never skinny enough, the hair is not just right, the nose is too big or too small, the ear lobes are too long, the feet are too big, the hands are too wide, the hips are too narrow. There are numerous faults, ways that we pick ourselves apart. There is a good side to this, because somehow we always use it as the motivating factor to overcome our limitations, and to move into better understanding of ourselves. But, for the most part, our inability to accept ourselves or our lack of self acceptance is so big that it grinds us into the ground, causes us a great deal of dissatisfaction, huge amounts of worry, and it places us then at a very low level of living compared to what the potentials within us are that we are unaware of. And we may never become aware of them should we continue to live in this realm of non self acceptance.
If it is that a human being can live in the self acceptance of their nature and have the need or want if you will, to improve one’s self, now we are speaking of aspiration once again. This need, or want, or aspiration to improve with the understanding of one’s nature will not create those neurotic tendencies. Yes, we may see the faults that we have. If we are able to accept how we are presently, our personality, our looks, so forth, and not see them only as weaknesses and faults, then we are capable of overcoming them. If we are incapable, or find ourselves living in the inability to have self acceptance then we are setting ourselves up for disease. It is the nonacceptance that is truly the cause of disease. This lack of self acceptance will result in mental imbalance, great disturbance in the mind, and this in turn will result in physical problems. You see the mental imbalance will lead to the reflection in the physical body of manifestation of this mental imbalance. You see how that goes?

Obsession with  “SELFIES” and not liking the outer appearance  of one’s body image reflects inner discontent with our shadow self!

This Equinox reflects the collective consciousness of the western world view,” THEY”  are out to destroy us! The unfortunate ignorance of  god fearing people using their god as an intimidation comes from HATE of “the other”. A dis-ease of epidemic proportion projected from self unacceptance.

Acceptance & LOVE, Maa

Most Potent Full Moon How intuitively awake are you?

Life has but one purpose for all sentient beings, and that is to live with a deepening of understanding, that each of us is responsible to all of life, and the one purpose that we all share is the same. And that is to transform ourselves through recognizing, and accepting our good, and not so good tendencies, and making right choices that will ultimately serve in the upliftment of human Consciousness. This would mean that we all have to stop hiding behind the veil of ignorance that we cling so desperately to.

The way to remove ignorance is through knowledge. Knowledge helps in the removing of confusions, and misunderstanding, fears, and doubts. Knowledge of The Truth comes through studying, reflecting, and meditation. Studying the teachings of those who have overcome the confusions, and the ignorance of life, and through personal experience. These people have come back to tell us exactly how we can all go about ourselves in right mind.

To center oneself on the spiritual path, and develop spiritual practices that strengthen the mind, and expand the awareness beyond our limited perception is what we need to do. Because most of us live in that realm of distorted perception. We have of course, the lack of clarity, and this comes from that constant duality, the battle within ourselves. It’s not so much that we struggle with what is right but, our struggle, that battle within, has to do with knowing what is right yet, still wanting to cloud that with our own perceptions. In other words, from the ego base of wanting to do things our own way, when in fact there is only One Truth, yet there are many ways that humanity goes about revealing The Truth, or having The Truth revealed.

The human existence is a constant balancing of the good qualities with the negative aspects of ourselves. When I spoke to you earlier of channels being clogged or open, I had spoken about the right and the left. Symbolically, when the right channel is cleared it is done by self-acceptance. And the left channel symbolically, is cleared by the penetration of our dream state, or dream bardo. To remove these imbalances that I’m speaking to you of we do not simply erase them or forget about them, for all impressions remain until they are balanced. So, for an imbalance to be removed so to speak, we must first embrace that and then transform it. We must be willing or must take the responsibility to examine who and what we are, our motives, our intent, and our actions, our thoughts that lead to actions and the effects of those actions. It’s not so much what we do in life, but more how we go about ourselves.

Womb-born beings are the manifestation of previous thoughts and actions overtime. There are many, many things that occur in a person’s lifetime that they do not consciously remember, yet every action is a reaction to one’s previous experiences, thoughts, and actions.

A main point throughout this teaching that I will say to you now, is that it is very important for all human beings to stop trying to be perfect, you see that’s important. It’s not so much trying to do everything perfectly, but it’s more about self-acceptance. Coming to grips with our own ugliness, so to speak. And keeping at the forefront in our consciousness, all the good that we have done.

It is non acceptance of self that is truly the cause of disease.

I want to ask you with absoluteness to accept your nature as it is right now. No matter what the faults are, accept your nature as it is right now.
